And while you are sitting indoors
waiting for the storm to pass
I will be outside dancing in the rain

I will be outside dancing in the rain

It didn't take long for the doctor to find the Master. It could hardly be considered surprising since the Time Lord had brought them to what was effectively a camp outside of the city. He was bit a short walk away. Upon being approached, he offered a short explanation to the man, simply asking for a moment alone for her and passively assuring the other individual that Rose would be fine. To some extent, he was not lying. After all, the human was hardly his goal. She was just bait to get who he really desired. For the moment, she was safe...in a manner of speaking.
When he entered the room, there was something decided off about the man. It was not something physical. To some extent, he appeared to be acting as the same individual Rose had met- polite and seemingly caring. However, much of the source of the casual indifference from before was beginning to seep through into his demeanor as he found himself believing there was no longer having a need to really be too kind to her. Right now, she was just a pawn in a plan.
Closing the door, his gaze flickered to her, a polite smile crossing his face. "Hello," he said, "You seem to look a bit better now." Hardly perfect, but then she was human. They were fragile and he doubted she was in perfect health again.
